FUNDRAISING FOR DREAMS TAKE FLIGHT

   DREAMS TAKE FLIGHT Calgary raises funds to finance the program by selling merchandise, accepting donations and by holding fundraising events. Our goal is to raise 130,000 dollars annually to finance the charity.  

Our only Dreams Take Flight Calgary fundraiser for 2009 will be the 15th annual BLACK TIE & BLUE JEANS dance and silent auction being held at the Westin hotel in Calgary on Sunday July 5th 2009. The evening features non-stop Country and Western and Rock n’ Roll entertainment. There are many exciting aspects to the evening including a silent auction, live auction and guest entertainment. The door prize for the event is a trip for two to an Air Canada destination. 

Dreams Take Flight has been honored to be the charity that Cardel Homes has chosen to be the recipient of funds from the Cardel Homes Golf Tournament. We hope that this will be the fifth year that Dreams Take Flight will be part of this great day! 

The charity also raises money by accepting donations from the community. These donations can have a tax receipt issued from Dreams Take Flight if the donator wishes. Dreams Take Flight is a registered charity in Canada.  

Dreams Take Flight also sells Dreams Take Flight logo merchandise to raise money. Dreams Take Flight merchandise can be viewed on the charity’s web site www.dreamstakeflight.org by clicking on the merchandise page.
