AUCTION ITEM DONORS NEEDED
Support Dreams Take Flight by making a merchandise donation to our fundraising events. As a registered not-for-profit charity, Dreams Take Flight relies entirely on the generosity and support of individuals & organizations to continue to provide a one-day trip-of-a-lifetime for medically, mentally, physically, socially or emotionally challenged children.
We require donations for the auctions at the various events that Dreams Take Flight Calgary is involved in. These are typically the Black Tie & Blue Jeans event and golf tournaments that businesses hold with us as a beneficiary.
All proceeds from this Black Tie & Blue Jeans event support Dreams Take Flight Calgary.

We ask that our Dreams Take Flight volunteers help by approaching businesses that they frequent for an auction item donation on our behalf.
Volunteers please complete a Donation Form for all merchandise donations for the Black Tie & Blue Jeans event. A completed donation form must accompany all merchandise.

If you are approaching a business for a donation, you should consider bringing a copy of our Donation Request Letter with you.

Donation Acquisition Guidelines for Volunteers
Before approaching businesses for a donation on behalf of Black Tie & Blue Jeans, volunteers should review our guidelines.
Donation Drop Off Center
We are going to have a central drop off location just outside downtown Calgary this year. More information on the location and the drop off schedule will be made available at a later date.
